Happy April Fool's Day Everyone,

I started the day feeling - tired. I worked last night so didn't fall asleep until after 10.

I managed Rippedism Bi's/Tri's + my own stretch and weighted abs. I added on a 4 minute Craig Ballantyne workout from youtube. I might purchase his program next.

Another beautiful warm & sunshiney day here. The blossoms on our cherry trees are out and the birds are singing!
Workout is LIS Tri-Sets Upper Body Express (that I did myself with chaptering as the premix just did not work). Hoping to get a long walk later and have a stretch scheduled - one with a middle split purpose.

Hi gals,

Today was Taebo's Insane Abs at home then to the gym for 22 min. on the elliptical and 40 minutes of weight work. It was a good workout.

So today marks a year of no smell and no taste which is now no to limited smell and still no taste. I am down 27 pounds and 2 dress sizes, 2-3 pants sizes and maybe one top size ( the last place I lose is in the bust). So not bad and I am still losing so onward we go in that department.
