Good Morning Glories!

We are on our way to bring the boys back to school. No workout for me this morning :mad: This has been a bad week for me, can't seem to get the workouts in. Hopefully I can catch up over the weekend.

Hi Tammy & all who straggle in later ! :p

I did plyo legs #4 and yoga abs.

Washing sheets now and made some protein breakfast bars. I need to mow the lawn today .

I called the dentist this morning because I have a tooth that's bothering me (has a temp. crown on it, I'm afraid I need a root canal) and they are CLOSED till Monday !
Guess I'll be taking Advil all weekend !!:(

Becky, I hope the advil helps with the tooth ache.

I did the Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps 36 min. timesaver today.. I hit every muscle group (except legs and abs) 2 times this week I am happy about that, I also did about 26 min. of taebo which actually did hit my legs and abs some.

I have to work this weekend so I won't be doing much else.
