was watching the news this morning and we all know how time flys..... So I had to cut my workout short x( Did Low Max interval 1-2-4-5 only this morning plus ofcourse w.u. c.d. and stretch. Came in at a little over 45 minutes.

Last evening: S&H Biceps and the stabilty ball work and stretch from PLB.

Tonight will be LowMax.

My freestyle book came in yesterday and I will soon be designing a freestyle program (except for upper body..I am happy with my non freestyle results here)

Good morning fitness folks,

Dutchie, Friday is always a good day huh? Cathy, don't you love that SB work on PLB? It is hard but I really like it.

Yesterday I did the timesaver premixes off both GS C&T and BSB with warm up and stretching coming in at about 65 minutes. I now have a fried upper body to match my still frying lower body. I am sore all over!!

I did the three ab workouts off the BB TimeSaver. I didn't have my HRM on so not sure of the run time exactly but I believe it was about 23 to 25 minutes. If you have the TS DVD, try this, this is an awesome ab workout.

I feel nice and worked out!!

Today is steady state cardio and the grass needs cutting. DH is going to a horseshow, so I guess I'm elected to mow. I will, of course, push so should get a good two hour workout.

Also later this evening going to my DD's high school (where she teaches) first varsity football game. My niece is the drum major in the band there. I will be going to a lot of football games this fall!! My DD is JV cheerleading coach so I'll be at the Thursday night games and the Friday night varsity games to see my niece. Like old times. When DD was in high school just four short years ago (she graduated in 2001), she was a cheerleader for all four years and I spent a lot of time going to games but I LOVED IT!! I'm so glad I can do this again!!

I'm heading out for a run this morning, and then when I return I plan on doing the BC Core only premix twice, freestyle legs and a nice stretch.

Jane: Awesome workouts. I just love the GymStyles. Enjoy the football game tonight. My boys used to play soccer, and I miss going to all the games SSSOOO much.

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was 800 crunches (didn't quite make it to 1000 this time) and PUB. DOMS in my pecs. It was a good workout because I passed out on the couch around 9:30pm!

Today I will be doing KPC 2x's and 50 squats/leg curls. Oh, I can't wait...I am going to love this workout!!!!!

It's the WEEKEND, BABY! Got any good plans?

Today CTX Kickbox & Cardio Kicks. This afternoon will be ME Upper Body. Didn't do it yesterday. Instead I did Core Max 2&3 and abs on stability ball with 20lbs.

Time to get in the shower and head out.

Good Morning fitness beauties! TGIF for sure! I am happy especially b/c my hubby doesn't have class on Fridays and will be home to spend time & see Aiden before he goes to bed. Yay!

I think rest day for me. I have major DOMS in my legs, shoulders, and bum from yesterday's workout. I hit it hard w/ KPC, PUB up, ankle weight work from L&G and PUB abs. That's what happen when my son sleeps 2.5 hours! Haha. My body is telling me to chill for a bit - I think I'll listen ;)

Good morning everybody!

Well, I am still not back on track, so that means no workout for me this morning x(. I woke up with a bad headache and just wanted to stay in bed, which I did.

It's my husbands Birthday today, so I woke him up with a piece of cake and a candle lit on top of it and was singing Happy Birthday!
Tonight is his suprise party :p , I can't wait.

So hopefully I'll be back on track tomorrow ;-)

Happy Birthday to DH Kristine!:)

I did PLB and UpperBody and Abs from an old Sports Illustrated tape I have. It does 3 sets of each exercise so I just added a set and 4 reps to each one while they were taking I swear a minute break to breathe! I didn't do cardio in between today so I'm going to go for a power walk a little later while the boys go up my Mom's to play with my nephews.

Morning Everyone,

Didn't get a chance to post yesterday! So busy, and then after work the dd's had swimming. Got home and they had tornado watches going. Got in Circuit Max and CTX Upper Body though. I was in the basement anyway. :D

Today will be Step Works and intervals 1-5 of Imax 1.

Morning Crew!

Last night was a run for me, and then most of segment 1 of Coremax. There were strange noises outside about 3/4 of the way through, so I stopped to investigate and then I was kind of freaked out so I couldn't continue.

Everyone is doing amazing workouts! So much hard work going on. It's great!

Today is KM and I'm going to see if my DD wants to do it with me:)

It's rainy and grey here in Southern Ontario today. But IT'S FRIDAY:D

Hello ladies,

Have been sick for the past three days and hope I can get a workout in. I have been hoping this for about a week now. I have been doing S&H and wondering if I should do a total upper body today? I will decide on something. anything is better that nothing huh?

Good Morning.

Today is cardio and abs. Going to go for 250 crunches today and not sure which cardio yet.

Yesterday was a successful eating day. I was right on the money with my cals and oh so close on my ratios!:D Today is my 3rd day on a 30% calorie deficit and I am not left feeling hungry. This is great! :)

Later it's off to mom's for a visit with the little guy. :)

Dutchie: Fridays are still great for me even though I'm a SAHM mom and I don't get weekends off! ;)

Cathy:Have fun with LM.

I'm posting late but at least I am here:)

I posted my plan for this week late yesterday on the daily check-in post. So according to plan, Today is walking lunges (I did 600), upper body of Boot camp and yoga. I added abs of Boot camp and streamlined my own yoga after the BC stretch. It worked.

Wendy- You are such a sweet new Mama!! Keep it up !!
Boybert -enjoy the hubby tonight

Shelly- My 19yo DD tried to do a few Cathe workouts with me. She believes Cathe to be a Kamikazi Woman and prefers to run and do her own conditioning. I can only hope someday she will adore Cathe workouts as I do. My other teenage DD actually did Boot Camp a few times to cross train for swimming. She is more familiar with intense workouts because her swim coach likes killer dry land sessions.

Sherry & Emily- I am really enjoying the return to Boot Camp in various forms. (See my reply to this post yesterday)

Carole- I miss IMAX3. My plantar fasciitis has NOT subsided. And I must stop even running for now. MY only Cardio for now is using my bike. I will be a spinning girl until this foot gets back under control. at least I can tolerate walking lunges!!!

Kristine- I hope the party is a surprise

Charlotte- I hope your double workout went well. Be sure to stretch long enough ;)
