Off to do PUB/PLB bonus combo. I've never done this before!!

did about 3/4 of Step Works. I have a sick cat and my heart wasn't in my workout. I fear the worst for kitty. The vet doesn't open until 1, so I don't know for sure. I honestly wasn't sure if he was goingto make it through the night.

No workout for me today. Heading out for the train ride in a bit. Of course today it's POURING after not getting rain for months !! It's also very cold and no heat on the train so it's layers for me today !!!

At least it's Friday , huh ??

Hello All!

The morning was filled with chaos and kids fighting over bathroom space.

I already have a headache took some Excedrin so I'm hoping once it starts working I'll be doing Lauren's On the Edge kbell dvd (This dvd needs some type of universal abbreviated name lol) I'll be using my new 18 pound bell and I may just end up taking the 15 pound one back if I find myself not using it within the next week.


Deanie I really enjoy that PLB/PUB combo premix its one I use when may week is filled but want a TBworkout. Hope you enjoy!


Phyllis I'm so sorry to hear about your cat- we have two very spoiled kitties here so I'm hoping your cat is okay.
What exactly is going on with your cat that you are so fearful? I hope its nothing bad Big hugs going out to you.

Ending up a rest day and a good thing too, my back is hurting and I have serious DOMS from yesterday's workout. Hope to get a workout in tomorrow before work.

I'm sad to say that i have bad news about my kitty. I had to put him down this afternoon. His kidneys were failing and he had a stroke. I've been crying all day and just feel like crap! The worst part was telling my daughters. I have yet to tell my son - no energy for that today. I know Smokey is in a better place and all that stuff, but that still does not make it easier. He was 13. One day he was fine and the next...

Phyllis I am so truly sorry for your loss.

I understand totally how a pets passing impacts the entire family. Believe me I've been there and still mourn my puppy of 12 1/2 yrs who passed away nearly 3 yrs ago - reason why I can't bear getting another dog.

Gratefully I had Silver & Cassie my cats and they too knew that Pepper was gone.

The entire household was devastated.

Big hugs going out to you dear friend. My deepest condolences Take your time and shed all the tears you need to get over this sudden grief

I'm so sorry for you !!!!!!!!!!
We lost our dog a couple years ago and it was horrible. I cried for days and still miss him so much.
Eventually it will get better but it doesn't happen overnight.

I know how much it hurts.
