Hello everyone! Linda, Linda, Linda!!! I'm so sorry. Where the hell did I get Karen from?!?! I'm just so off. Do I even know someone named Karen? I hope I haven't been doing it too long. Thanks for letting me know. Have I called anyone else by the wrong name so Linda doesn't feel singled out? ;). Good grief. I'm sorry. Well, today I did Cathes latest Bootcamp Circuit Live. It was nice but MAN my arms are like limp noodles because of yesterday's workout. Whew! I hope everyone has a great day. Please tell me your names (only if you want) and I'll have to write them down.
 
Hi Peg and all who follow,

Today I taught my disco circuit class to 4 ladies for 50 minutes. Then I decided to do all cardio since my shoulder blade is now hurting.

So I did 18 and half minutes on the stair machine and 20 minutes on the elliptical machine, then I was done.

Hi Everyone,

Is Penny short for Penelope? I never understood how Bonnie is short for Veronica or how Peggy is short for Margaret! People often think my name is pronounced Shi-bawn cos of the letter b in my name but its shi-vawn cos there is a dot over the b, making it a v sound. It's actually pronounced shi-vohn (a long O and not a short O) but I answer to anything too!
