Hi gals,

I did Kelly Coffey-Meyers' 30 Minutes to Fitness-Kickboxing the 52 min. premix for my workout today. My weight is finally almost down to my low since trying to lose again... last week the heat and my cycle messed me up so I gained. I am happy today.

I think I am going to let my membership go since I only go for weights and I have weights at home and all my Cathe DVDs. I will miss the variety of the machines and cables but that is ok, my muscles got variety for 3 months and that is a good thing.

Thanks for all the input, I still have until the 12th to use the gym.

My postings will most likely be limited to weekends now...I'm not sure what I got myself into with this new job. HECK, all I wanted to do was apply and see where it went...I really never expected to get the job as the initial interviewer (and I had 3 interviews) indicated that I was the lowest grade secretary that applied for the job :confused::confused:

Anyhow, here I am and it is what it is :confused::confused:AAACCCKKK!!!!!

I took a rest day today, as the leadership staff from my old department took me out last night :rolleyes: Gosh, we had SUCH a blast!!!!

Becky ~ LOL! ME does fry the biceps and yes, there are WAY too many leg presses in that workout.

Phyllis ~ I hope the move-in went well. My two youngest leave on the 28th, but at least this year we are going in one direction as DS#3 transferred to a new school. My oldest quit college just 3 courses short of his 4 year degree...I'm still not over that one :(:(
