Daily check in for Labor Day Sunday Sept. 3

I'm up at an ungodly hour as usual, so I'll have to post what I INTEND to do: a long golf course walk accompanied by my beloved XM radio. It's getting daylight later and later - I won't be going out until about 6:25 AM today. Will be having a backyard picnic later in the day, so I'll get in lots of extra steps running around fetching stuff.

I was up pretty early too....way too early for a holiday weekend (4am) so here I am !

I am back after another migraine headache and several days with no workout.

I finally got Ripped to the Core in the mail the other day, so that's on schedule for today.

Honeybunch, your golf course walk sounds great! We do that too but have to wait until winter when they close it.

Today will be GS BSB and a light cardio, I'm thinking a power walk.

Becky, today was better, I slept until 7 instead of 3:40 a.m. like yesterday!

Good morning ladies,

Today dh woke me up wanting to go out to eat bkf and go the flea market at the fairgrounds. It all sounds good except for eating out! I'm gonna kill him!! We will be doing alot of walking today though!

Today I will be doing MIS and that is a tough weight workout! Haven't done it in a while. Haven't planned on cardio, but I'll see how it goes!

Becky-I ordered RTTC last night and I am so excited! I hate having to wait for the workout! Let us know how you liked it!

Kim and Becky you are going to love RTTC! It's a great workout. It's different than Cathe tho so be prepared. At first I felt it wasn't as good as a workout as one of Cathe's, but it's DIFFERENT. And I have seen a difference in myself since doing it so it works! Have fun w/ DH today!

Have a great walk Jane! I've been walking a lot lately w/ DS's back in school. I'm getting DM's TM today so I plan on doing a lot of walking, even may try running a bit. We'll see what happens. Glad you got to sleep in! ;-)

Okay Ijust finished RTTC. OMG I really really liked it !!!!!
I like Slim & lean but this one is even better (IMHO) !!!

Kim, you'll love it. I can't wait till you try it. I KNOW I'm gonna be sore tomorrow!!}( It was tough but fun.
The hour flew by!

Now I get a berry smoothie as reward!:9

Hi everyone!! Yesterday I did LoMax. I really liked that one. Today I am going to do some Sculpting. I don't have any Cathe weight workouts. So, I am going to do a FIRM weight workout. I am working on adding Cathe's sculpting to my collection though. My next purchase might be IMAX 2 though. I really like the Imax workouts...

Have a great holiday..We are hanging out with a few friends and the family tomorrow.

I did the Gauntlet and tri work tonight! I am beat!

I am glad you guys like RTTC and S&L! I love them too, but right now I am on a one body part per day rotation, so not much room for Jari! I can't wait to get into them again!
