Heather, glad you are back, did you receive my e-mail to you?

I did CTX Kickbox cardio only after dh fixed the DVD player last evening so I could workout today.

It is rainy here today but otherwise nice and warm, hoping for a beautiful Easter weekend.

Okay girls...scold me if you must but I just can't take it anymore! I feel like cr@p because I haven't moved in a WEEK! I am off to do a LIGHT u/b weight work out...I just HAVE to!:+
 
Howdy Fit Chicks!

Late check-in for me. I did KM this morning (including the LCD drills) and for the first time doing KM I felt energized throughout the whole workout. I usually dread KM, but today I conquered it. I wore weighted gloves during the kick/punch drills. I also did CM#1 and my lower abs are feeling it.

Sandra: That's a whole lot of Easter you're celebrating! My book came today. I can't wait to tackle it. I plan on starting the program Monday.

Carole: How nice that you were able to run in the sun for a change.

Wendy: Glad you are starting to feel better.

Hi there...well, right or wrong...bad or good...this is what I did today:

stability ball work out: w/u + toning exercises that came on chart w/my ball..some of them were quite challenging!}(

rebounder work out: I couldn't resist! Ballet Bound...I thought I would hate it but was quite surprised when I actually enjoyed it!:)

Kim: One body part per day is a great idea! Have fun with it!

Everyone else: Thanks for the well wishes. I am getting there. I will play each day by ear...I will do what I can until I am at 100%. I won't be returning to my rotation until I'm up to snuff.;)

Girl I did the bike for 20mins and that killed me! That's pitiful huh? I did one of the preprogrammed exercises and the resistance was murder! My dh was laughing because I was breathing hard and sweating. I wanted to laugh myself.

I'm glad you got back to working out,and it sounds like the rebounder is fun! Although I have never done it,is it like a ball that is flat on bottom?

You are thinking of the bosu ball...the rebounder is the mini trampoline thing. :+

Good job on the bike! Don't feel pathetic! You are starting over after a long time off! Do what you can and you will improve slowly but surely! Don't rush it!:)
