Good morning fitness folks!

Oh Heather - I hope today goes better for you!

I had fun with CC#3 yesterday and needed SM#3 I added on. I don't stretch enough.

Today is Push/Pull... I think I've done that one once. What is with PP/SS... why don't we reach for them more often.

Something very interesting is happening to my body with this rotation, I'm dropping weight! The scale has consistently trended down each day. Hmmmm... I may be onto something!

TGIF, once again! Fridays are so wonderful! I keep telling my kids that they don't appreciate Friday nearly as much now, as they will when they're working!

Jane, so cool about the weight! That's quite unexpected - are you eating differently too?
I like that band SM segment also but, like you, I don't stretch enough. I always feel like I should be using the time to do something else. I should try to stretch when I'm just doing the couch potato thing in front of the TV.

Tammy, fantastic about your mom and the new baby! Soon, your visit to the hospital will be pleasant.
Good news, my son was accepted to U of De. The application and acceptance process is complete. He was accepted into all that he applied to. Now, he has to decide.

Wendy, I think you are right about the recovery time. My rotation this month is easier also. Although, I'm not seeing a weight shift like Jane, I certainly feel good.

Becky, I don't enjoy kickbox or hi'lo either. I'll do it if I have to on a rotation, but I don't care for it. So did you walk yesterday?

Conni, do you like MIS? It was one of my first Cathe weight tapes, but I think it's a little boring.
Sorry, about the snow. We only got rain here....so far.

Annette, you seem to back in the sing of things with your wo's - good job!

Heather, I feel for your horrible day!! Oh man, did you feel better after typing that post? I can almost here those keys being slammed down! The gym styles are certainly tough, and I need to psyche myself up to do them,but they are effective for me.

Phyllis.... I have eaten well this week (after having those two pieces of cake and peanuts at the shower) but I haven't eaten any differently than I normal do. One thing is different (so far - the jury is still out until the month is up), I haven't been having urges to binge like I do on the heavier rotations. A little more observation is warranted on this, especially if I continue to not have the urge to binge... then I'll have to try another tough rotation and see what happens. I guess this is what they mean by getting to know your body and how it responds to diet/exercise.
 
Good Morning Everyone.

Well, I blew off ARX y'day. I didn't do abs at all. CS&T took it all out of me! I was TOTALLY FRIED by the time it was over. :eek:

Today my legs still hurt from BBC Butt and Legs the other day and I have Back and Legs on tap. Should I push B&L to tomorrow perhaps?
I also have a spin class planned for this evening...I must be out of my ever-lovin' mind! LOL I may have to do some re-arranging...

Jane, Congrats on the weight loss!

Phyllis, I'm thinking that when you get back to a more difficult rotation next month you may see some significant changes after giving your body a break. It's all about shocking your body and changing things up to keep it guessing and that is FINALLY really starting to "click" with me! It will be interesting to see what happens for both you and Jane! Good luck!:)

Yes, I did do a 30 min. TM walk with incline intervals yesterday. Today calls for Body Fusion , which I don't have so I'll do another step & weights work out. Undecided for sure as of yet.

Jane, way to go on the weight loss!!!:7 I am NOT experiencing this right now but really AM enjoying the rotation.

Wendy, I skipped Ab's yesterday too.......so I'll do them today.

Poor Heather!!! I love your writing though. You had me laughing and my eyes were barely open! :+ :D
I hope you feel better today....and your "friend" finally visits! ha:p

Today is GS C/T and Ab Hit Abs. I want to get to the hospital early as that crazy winter storm is due to hit us this afternoon:( My middle son is heading back to school this morning. It was nice to have him home for a few days. It's hard to believe he is almost through with his first year of college!

Jane: Congrats on the weight loss! I agree with you about PP/SS....they tend to get overlooked, yet they are good workouts.

Phyllis: How great for you and your son! My son was also accepted into all of his choices and now it is just a matter of deciding. Unfortunately, we still have two colleges to visit. I'll be so glad when all this is over.

Conni: MIS is one tough workout.

I am glad life is looking better for you Tammy, things always seem to get better somehow, don't they?

Another day to tackle, Heather, you can make this so much better than yesterday. Sometimes I don't think you realize just what a strong, intelligent woman you are. I love it when you "take charge".

I do like MIS, but not all the time. It is a nice endurance workout that reminds me of PH in the sense that you are not rushing from one exercise to another.

Today was Seasun's Bosu Blast. This was my first time with this one on my new bosu, and all I can say is oh my gosh, this was more intense than the Imaxes, imo, and the core work was really tough stuff!!!! You have got to get bosu's!!!!!
 
Phyllis, I was in the swing again until yesterday I was hurting soo bad in my shoulder and back that I think I did something while kickboxing. I am taking today off, much to my dismay, but it is feeling somewhat better, I don't want to over do it again. I may workout tomorrow we will have to see.
