First again. ...today I did that Cardio Burnout with Cathy Syphers off of Fit TV.
It gets me every time I do it.

Quick check in for me!! Crossfire..but I skipped around!! Did about 20-25 minutes of it, then the plank section of ICY CORE 2, rushed this morning!! Happy Tuesday!
 
Hi ladies, Sts disc 15 Back and biceps for me today. I tried also some assisted pull-ups and chin-ups with the bar. They are hard stuff, I have a long way to go!!!
 
Hi ladies!

I am so glad I did not give up on KCM after yesterday. Today I tried my other new KCM dvd, Lean Body Circuits and I loved it! I did the premix combining the two workouts, so 52min alternating 2 cardio (mainly kickboxing) with 2 strength exercises. Each exercise lasts 1 minute. Perhaps it was also the music that made me enjoy it so much. With KCM the music seems to be a hit or miss for me. On all my Cathe dvd's I've enjoyed the music and I really need the music to be good for me to have fun with a workout.

Anyways that's it for me today. Really happy with my workout and the burn was also pretty good. 507kcal in less than an hour and considering it was my second workout since being sick I am more than happy with that. Next time I will try going heavier with the weights and see what difference that makes. I think I can handle heavier for all exercises except the shoulder press.

Excellent workouts! :) Just been trying to stay more active and move around as much as my legs will let but haven't really gotten to a proper workout since last week. Hope to be back (literally) on my feet pretty soon! Today was 15 degrees (almost 60 american) & gorgeous out, so tried to get some much needed things done outside in the yard.

Conni, hope you're having a blast with your show/s!!
