Today turned into another rest for me.
I guess I have been taking it more easy this week. I do feel more tired and hormonal, so just going with it I guess! I also ate super poorly today. All the hormonal stuff like garlicy heaps of pasta (it was amazing so NO regrets), hot chocolate, cheesies. Oh dear. Gonna do better!!

I've started my certification this week and I can't wait till we get to the modules for women and hormones, I might be able to offer you some suggestions. I have sat in on few webinars that address it a little. They do recommend certain exercise and nutrition protocols depending on where you are at in your cycle... so that you can work with your body and manage hunger, energy and cravings. And then they have a whole menopause module as well, which is for me! hahah!!
Sounds interesting Dawn. I've figured out that I cannot do HiiT stuff when I am pms'ing. It makes me ravenously hungry and there's not enough food in town to satisfy it! lol.
