First again. ....I was down another 1.5 pounds this morning. Whooohooo!!

Today was Taebo Insane Abs the whole 48 minutes of killer abs/cardio. Then to the gym for 30 minutes of weight work and 15 minutes on the stair master.

Rainy day here. Hope all that follow have great workouts!![emoji1] [emoji2]
 
Hi Annette, great work on the weight loss!

Yesterday I did Rockout Knockout ( which I am getting fond of), and today was Hiit 30/30 and KCM Kickboxing abs. Planning on yoga tomorrow!
 
Hi girls, today it was Pilates with Ana Caban. I needed a rest. Tomorrow I will probably not manage to do my workout as I have an appointment just after work. Will be reading your posts, though!
 
Unexpected rest day.. haha! Had some other things to attend to this morning.

Pedicure tonight with a friend, going to take full advantage of the rest day! haha!! Tomorrow, should be a heavy leg day... :)

Great workouts ladies - and enjoy your rests Dawn and Sandy.Henrietta - so sorry to read you are still unwell. The one thing that knocks a cold/virus out of me is.... a tablespoon of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar with warm water 2-3 times/day. Instant wellness.

Today I did 35 minutes of ICE Total Metabolic Body + 15minutes of a XFA(qinetic guys) workout. Love those guys.

Busy day.

Today I went to a kundalini yoga class. Those types of classes challenge me. Bussed it there & walked (1.75 hrs) back. Now have housework to do.
