Hurried day today. I did the floor abwork off of Insane Abs then did the Kicks and Punches and stretch off of Cardio Kicks.

Gotta go out of town for the day.

Just a quickie for me this morning too! I did parts of Great Glutes, then I did a short walk outside.
 
Hi all.

Seems to be day of the quickies. We had a dinner reservation tonight so I considered having a rest day today as it's been nearly a week but ended up doing TF HiiT15 and 100 rep Bicep challenge. Short but sweet. I enjoy the TF HiiT w/o's. I used to do them all the time a few years ago... now not so much as there as so many ther w/o's to choose from. 100rep also gave me a good burn in my biceps, but I may go a little heavier next time I do it. Amazing how hard it can be to count to 100.

Today, Barlates Band & Barre Arms (20 min), Pilates Lower Body Loop Band (15 mins), two sets of Band Assisted Military Push-ups & a 30 minute Upper Back Mobility yoga session with Tim Senesi.
Very busy day as well!
