Hi Everyone,

Late check in:

Today I did 35 minutes of Milhoy - upper body. I added in Cathe's RWH chest + 10 minutes of Milhoy kickboxing + my own stretch.

I was very productive today. I cleaned, cooked, did laundry, worked out, slept in, worked at the office, did my admin work, watched netflix, read, practiced tarot... it was endless!

I hope to see you all tomorrow.
 
Wow!! Ceci, that was a lot.

After the funeral, we drove part way back and are now in a hotel for the night.

I went down to the fitness room and did 10 minutes on the elliptical, then 10 minutes of weight work, then 13 minutes on the elliptical (only because I figured out how to use it and it gave me a 3 minute cooldown) and then about 7 minutes of floorwork abs and glutes plus a short stretch.
