Hi Elsie, rest is good. Sometimes we underestimate its importance, but our body makes us aware very soon that we need it, doesn't it?
Today I felt strong and also so much willing to complete STS MESO3. So this morning was disc 35 plyo legs and this afternoon disc 36 Shoulders, Biceps and triceps. The plyo legs w/s are tough, tough. Doing strength and plyo exercises in the same routine with so little rest in between is really challenging for me. I go out of breath so quickly, this type of training is something I have absolutely got to imorove in. Tomorrow it is another day off for me, the last one and I will start thinking how I want to proceed after completing my first STS program. Have a good day everybody!
