Good morning everyone,

This morning I did Rippedism back/cardio (modified the cardio a lot). I added on 20 minutes of a rippedism leg workout and my own standing abs. I am going to find a short yoga stretch on youtube.

I am taking it easy today.

Hi Siobhan and all who will follow.

It's so nice to have an extra day weekend. I spent the first half of the day lying on the couch reading nearly a whole chiclit book. I wish I could do that more often.

I then tried a new to me w/o. Chisel Balance from Hammer & Chisel. Based on the name I thought it would just be some stretching so I planned to follow it up with some cardio. Boy was I in for a surprise! It was not stretching but really balance stuff, literally... 1 leg deadlift with row, 1 leg squats etc and after 40 min I was really feeling the burn and sweating!

I then spent some time going thru new dvds I have recently received while relaxing for a bit before deciding to try the Cardio Axe from Brazil Butt Lift. I have had BBL for years, I think I got it cheap with some other stuff, but I have never tried it until today and I don't think I will ever do it again. It was not fun! And he kept saying isn't it fun? And I kept saying "No". I really wasn't feeling it, so I guess I wasn't giving it my all, but instead doing the moves or making fun of them and making faces at the tv, but I hung in there. I did the whole whole 28minutes, but it wasn't fun... So never again.

Hi ladies,

Yesterday I ordered a KCM 30 MINUTES TO FITNESS called Total Body Kickbox. I think it will be good.

Today was KCM TLC Boxing Combos and then to the gym for 15 on the elliptical and then 40 minutes of weight work.

Nice day out but very windy.

I do have to work tonight this is a school snow make day so when school is in session the GED program is also.

Hi Elsie, rest is good. Sometimes we underestimate its importance, but our body makes us aware very soon that we need it, doesn't it?
Today I felt strong and also so much willing to complete STS MESO3. So this morning was disc 35 plyo legs and this afternoon disc 36 Shoulders, Biceps and triceps. The plyo legs w/s are tough, tough. Doing strength and plyo exercises in the same routine with so little rest in between is really challenging for me. I go out of breath so quickly, this type of training is something I have absolutely got to imorove in. Tomorrow it is another day off for me, the last one and I will start thinking how I want to proceed after completing my first STS program. Have a good day everybody! Rainy day here in Milan today and cloudy and a little bit colder, not too much though.

Sandy, Plyo + strength does the same for me. MANY water breaks and even asking Cathe if she is tyring to kill me or not! Glad you had a strong day! And, yeah, I really do need those rests. ;)
Hey there to everyone else & hope the long weekend is being LONG enough for ya. :)

Today was a 40 minute FitB shoulders & arm strength (kept it to 9 reps), part of Xtrain Rear Delts and a long stretch + foam roller regimen from fitnessGlo.
Going for a brisk walk later on. It is another lovely and not too hot day here today.
