Good morning, gals!

Gloomy weekend, busy with family activities. No workout.
Today I did ICE Cardio Mish Mash 45 minutes or so. One more workout to complete my one month ICE Rotation. I"m pretty proud of myself. Nutrition wise I needed restart my Elimination Diet prescribed by physician-- as I reacted terribly to citrus. Ugh. Who would have thought?

In other news... looks like we are getting a puppy for Christmas. Shepherd/Great Dane mix-- a rescue puppy from Mississippi. We pick her up this evening. I'll post a picture!
 
Ok we have 2 check ins started.

So here is what I did today.

9 am taught my Silver and Fit workout to 13 members. 60 min.
After which I did 14 minutes on the stair machine, then I did some weight work, biceps curls, (20 &30 pounds), overhead one arm triceps, 10, 12.5 and 15 pounds) , lying overhead for back, and concentration curls 15 pound dumbbells. 20 minutes.
Then I did 45 minutes on the elliptical (5 min. Backwards, 2 minutes forward for the whole time), then I finished up with 5 minutes of floorwork abs and legs.

Whew!!![emoji23][emoji22] I am beat!
