I decided to do a circuit premix I haven't done before. I did the Step, Hi/Lo, and Wt circuit #1 off SB/SJP.
85 minutes long.... it consisted of SB combos 1&2, SB challenge, all four SJP hi/lo segments with the SJP wt. segments in between.
A real calorie burner!!!!
