Today is a circuit w/o. Body Fusion is on the rotation and I don't have it. I am thinking I may do one of the Terminators.

I did Lowmax yesterday. (if I forgot, my legs are reminding me) and I'm off to do All Step now. Sticking to cardio and LB sculpting for a while.

Today for me is GS Legs standing work only, GSBS&B:will do a few exercises for each body part since I won't have time for the full w/o, and some cardio-right now I'm planning on some RS.

DH is home sick from work today. This is bad...he's gonna drive me batty! AAAAHHH! :eek: x( }( :p

Kali, what's a hump day??

Tammy, wanted to do cc #1 today, but then my new w/o music cd's arrived and I did a 5K on one of those. Mostly instrumental, which is good so I'm not singing along and getting out of breath before I'm really speeding ;-)

I also did SuperSets LB blast, men that was tough! Strangely this one froze in my dvd-player in the living room, but no problems in my w/o player.

Anyways, one of my doggies was barking a couple of times last night. He never does, so don't know what was up with him. But I'm tired now and headachy....

My other doggie is on a strict housebreaking regime... the people I got her from had never walked her before :-( She's been peeing and pooping in her crate... dirty doggie. And she's a bit afraid of adults and other dogs if Spike isn't with her. She loves small children though. And she's so cute:D

Tammy...GS C&T is a tough workout too. P90X is always tough the first few weeks...:)

Hi Kali...Lowmax is a fun workout and really works the lower body.

Wendy...those slow motion lunges in GS legs always burn my thighs! I agree as having DH home sick would drive me crazy!!

Dutchie...hump day is a nickname for the middle day of the week (wednesday). Not sure where the name came from. Some of those Lower body SS premixes are killers on the legs! Sorry about your doggie problems...:(..I hope you get it worked out with the new dog...

I am doing P90X Shoulders & Arms, AbRipperX and a 4 mile run. My core area is still a bit sore from Mon, so AbRipper should be way fun....

Has anyone heard from Annette. Sending prayers her way.

I took 2 days off :) it felt great. I usually don't do back to back days off but it's just what I needed.

Today is eiher L&G or Imax3 or one of the GS. I decided not to do a 3rd week of S&H. It was burning me out.

Well I JUST made a haircut appt with a new guy and partial foil :) for today! I need a change!

I had a little misunderstanding with my friend - we were talking about 06 and our goals. He said to add happiness. I TOTALLY Overreacted - Yikes - I went on and on - about being independent- I'm happy now - I don't need to be b/f - g/f...
Anyhow I appologized told him why (he struck a nerve, I had just talked to my mother - 1st time since July) Anyhow I think we are SO INTENSE emotionally a step back is good. We have talked every day (maybe 2 days off since end of October - and his 1st year out of the house) - probably too much.

I'll post after I do my WO
 
OMG Carole, those slow-mo lunges were KILLER! Even Cathe only used 5 pound DB'S! I did the same and thought I'd die by the end! Yowza!!! }( }( }( BTW, doing the standing work in full was MUCH more effective with light weight then the timesaver I did. Thanks for the suggestion!:)

If you are interested you can go to a site that my brother has created to update people on my mom, basically it is just a waiting game for now. She has a touch of pneumonia that they are treating aggressively and she may be moved to a more monitored unit one step down from ICU. Prayers are always appreciated.

Hello everyone! Today I did the KPC/LG long pre-mix. I'm glad that someone posted in the dvd/video section that there was a problem with going from the KPC side. It does skip over one of the KPC segments.

Today is my DH birthday and we are having people over to watch some of the bowl games (go wolverines!). I cut up a bunch of veggies so I will try and stick with those vs all the chips!

I decided to do a circuit premix I haven't done before. I did the Step, Hi/Lo, and Wt circuit #1 off SB/SJP.

85 minutes long.... it consisted of SB combos 1&2, SB challenge, all four SJP hi/lo segments with the SJP wt. segments in between.

A real calorie burner!!!!

Great job Jane!!! I look at that premix every time I pop that dvd in and one day I WILL do it! I swear!;)
