Hi ladies,

Today I slept in, then came to the gym and tried out weighted plate exercises that I am going to incorporate into my up and coming workouts, that was around 35 min.

Then I did 30 minutes on the elliptical.

Not a big calorie burner but for some reason the ellipticals in the ladies room feel harder to do than the ones in the main gym. Don't know why!?!?

I did do a lot of squats before so maybe that was it.
