Hi, good morning everyone.Now is 1:29 PM in my country and I have just done Tone it Up of the Slim Series, 35 minutes of stationary bike and Kick Max. Have a great Saturday everyone.

I am doing kickbox cardio, non-weighted leg work and upper body today. I'm thinking about CTX kickbox, walking lunges and/or a supersets premix for legs & maybe the ME premix for upper body.

Hello Mariangelese and all to follow.

Hooray I'm finally not last or near the last one posting today!

Today is SH C/B. I'm feeling about 85% back after 11 weeks. This rotation SH and LM, KM, Imax. Seems to give very good results. I had a physical this week and 1st thing the dr said was I can tell you work out alot! I even had the johnny on when she said that so that made my day :)

Believe it or not I have to do ALL my x-mas shopping this weekend. That's right I'm JUST now starting. My daughter is spending the spring semester in Quebec/France/ and a week in Senegal (French speaking Africa) so it's going to be a small X-mas. Her college says she needs more dressy clothes (not jeans 24/7) so that's the present.

Since my son has had to give up hockey/lacrosse - I have to think creatively. He always loved getting sports stuff. Hmmm. He doesnt like x-country skiing that much.

My daughter comes home from college today :) it's a long 6 hr drive. Because of the snow she is doing it in 1 day.

My friend comes home from his trip. He has been gone 10 days. Nice every day but once we IMed and Emailed. I'm so glad we decided to become really good friends. He is recently seperated (summer) and is coming to terms stuff. Friends can be so rewarding.

Sorry ladies I'm rambling. Have a good work out all ! I'll check in later, just because it's part of my evening routine!

Okay so I did super sets premix for upper body instead of for the legs, lol and I did 50 non-weighted walking lunges and plb stability ball work for legs. I couldn't fit cardio in this morning...hopefully later with another 50 or so lunges even to REALLY burn up these legs up! }( :+ }(

Good morning Fit Friends!
Sorry I haven't been checking in with you guys regularly. I like to keep up with what everyone is up to. Just don't have as much time as I used to.

The sun is out here so I may wait a while for some of the light covering of snow we got last night to melt and head out for a powerwalk and then abs. If not I'll do Allstep.
Finally sticking to a rotation again!

Robin that is a great compliment coming from your DR! Good for you! Your daughter's trip sounds like it's going to be quite an adventure! Good idea on the clothes!
