Hi all

Today was Kick Punch and Crunch.

I am going to loosely follow the December rotation. I can't do without Live workouts for a whole month :)

Ok we have 2 check ins started.

So here is what I did today.

9 am taught my Silver and Fit workout to 13 members. 60 min.
After which I did 14 minutes on the stair machine, then I did some weight work, biceps curls, (20 &30 pounds), overhead one arm triceps, 10, 12.5 and 15 pounds) , lying overhead for back, and concentration curls 15 pound dumbbells. 20 minutes.
Then I did 45 minutes on the elliptical (5 min. Backwards, 2 minutes forward for the whole time), then I finished up with 5 minutes of floorwork abs and legs.
