MERRY CHRISTMAS GIRLS!!!! Have a wonderful Christmas Day, it's extremely cold & very very windy
Here this morning. Peg, do you have snow? Hope your brunch goes well. Henriette, hope you have a
Glorious day with your little Mick :)

QOTD: so, what did Santa bring you? :)

Since I kind of am responsible for my own Santa goodies, of course, you all have already heard all about
All the Body bar, gliding, & Kelly DVDs I got, (I still didn't beat your 29, Henriette, you won the prize on that
One!). Gotta include the new Cathe's (whenever) and the calendar. From work, I was given an Applebee's
Gift card, candy, a knitted dishcloth, a beautiful hand made wooden ornament and a gift certificate to
Land's End. Have a good one ladies. I ended up doing a premix for back, biceps & legs from Kelly's
Body Shop DVD last night, so I may or may not do a workout today, probably will at some point.

Merry Christmas Linda and all who follow. I sincerely hope your day is stress free and guilt free! Yes it’s snowing here. We’ll probably end up with 4-5 inches.

I’m not sure what Santa brought me yet but I’m pretty sure one thing is 25 lb hand weights.

Today I did Anni Mairs Life Force. Nice and easy with a bit of sweat.

Have a glorious day everyone.

Hi ladies!

Merry Christmas!

I didn't check in in the weekend so I will also answer that QOTD. Christmas this year is very quiet. Christmas Eve we had a Danish Christmas dinner with family, so roast pork with scratchings, potatoes, creamy gravy made from the meat juices... veges, small potatoes in butter and sugar, so caramel layer and potato chips. For desert it was the traditional Danish rice pudding all creamy with almond bits and warm cherry sauce. After dinner we walked around the tree singing carols and then we opened gifts. There were very few gifts this year as it was just a few of us. What I got included a Danish design star for on top of the tree, Georg Jensen, like all my ornaments in the tree as I only had a cheap plastic star to put on top. And an ornament from the same designer to hang in the window.

In the weekend I didn't manage any real workouts. I did a lot of walking and cleaning around the house, so I was active but unfortunately no DVDs. ☹️

Today we are having one of the most relaxing Christmas days. It is just the 3 of us. So that means sweat pants all day! Amazing how happy that makes me. Mick is worn out from the festivities so catching up on sleep.

Today I did the first 18 minutes of CrossFire until all the jumping got too much for me. It looks good, but maybe not so soon after having a baby. I then tried Imax3 again, once again only doing the step combo's. This time I managed the first 7 combo's, so I am improving! Only 3 more to go. Unfortunately I don't really love it... it's just okay. So although I want to master all combo's and then also try it with the blasts added I don't see it as a new favorite that I will be returning to much. When I stopped the Imax3 I decided I still wanted some step, but fun and familiar so I did BodyMax 2 step portion for about 20 minutes before Mick woke up from his nap, so in total about 70minutes of sweating.

Later on today we will go for a nice long walk... think that's it for activities today.

Food today will just be leftovers and simple stuff... no big feast. Like I said, a very relaxing Christmas Day!

Have a wonderful day Henriette and Peg. I just finished a blender boxing workout.

I have PM'd Elsie, I haven't heard anything. I am getting more concerned, but perhaps she doesn't have internet
Now or perhaps she and her hubby got away for a bit. I think she mentioned that earlier.

Hi ladies and MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!![emoji319][emoji320]!

We will be going to my hubby's sister's house in a bit. No presents here. I have been redoing my wardrobe with sale items so that will have to count as my Christmas.

Today I did 36 minutes of a Taebo off the You Tube channel, it was slow moving so I stopped it and found a shorter one for 26 minutes and finished up with it.

Done now, gotta change and get ready to leave.[emoji3]

Merry Christmas and Remember that Jesus is the Reason for the Season!

Hi Everyone,

My workout took about 3 hours as I was interrupted over and over again. That said, I managed about 45 min in total of RWH chest/shoulders + RWH cardio and a short leg workout from daily burn

henriette your christmas sounds lovely.

My kids really got a lot this year. My sister showers them with tons and tons of gifts. I think she spends about $1000 on the two of them and, they've just had birthdays where she spends the same. It helps me cos they don't notice how little I get them :)

I received a yoga mat, a meditation pillow and some homemade hand cream and lip balm from my sister. good stuff.

Linda - you sure raked it in too

We are having a quiet day around here which I love. We did mass last night at 5 pm so got that over with. Now, I won't go out until tomorrow.

Merry Christmas to you all (and Elsie). Thanks for checking in everyone. It's nice to hear from you all on Christmas day

Merry Christmas Ceci, sounds like you are having a lovely day! Just finished another workout (gotta love it), I
Did 2 premixes on Kelly's Split Session DVD, I did Push premix and Pull premix and some of the shoulder
Section. Love that one! So I got my boxing cardio and weights in today, that might be it......maybe!

Linda! You’re killing it! Henriette and Siobhan, I envy your day. I managed to have my brunch and survive. I’m absolutely wiped out. My husband keeps saying “One of these days were not going to do anything on Christmas”. It sounds very nice to lounge around in my stretchy pants!

Henriette your traditions sound lovely. Rice pudding is one of my favorite desserts too. Annette, who doesn’t love new clothes. Good for you.

Hello to Missy and Elsie, we’re thinking of you Elsie.
