Happy Canada Day Everyone,

The kids are here there and everywhere. I've just finished my workout.

Today I did Millionaire Hoy - Upper Body Hiit + 20 minutes of MH abs and added on some biceps/triceps.

Hi ladies I forgot to check in for Wednesday. I took 30 min jog then lauren Brooks Kettlebell strength. Great workout. Good night.
