CatheLive- Wicked Upper Body- I did 30 min. of this 51 min. workout.
Blender- 15 min. express STS 2 Standing Abs Weight Plate Workout
IFit- Mining Towns Recovery Ride-Arizona - 10 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Nice workout this morning Linda. I'm gonna check out that standing weight plate abs workout and the wicked upper body one. I like the word wicked.

Today I did a mix of: Cathe X10 - Low Impact for 10 minutes (no warm up or cool down). I added on 33 minutes of MPL which was tough with lots of crawling and sprawls. Now, to stretch.

Annette and Nora - stellar workouts yesterday. I hope you find time for fitness today as well.

yes, CatheLive Wicked Upper Body is one of my favorites, but it’s long, so I usually split
it up.

The standing abs I did this morning is one of my blenders, but if you haven’t tried the
STS 2 standing abs workouts, they are great……my blender workout was mixed from
both of them. If you don’t have weight plates, you can use a dumbbell, Jenn shows that
option.

Well today is pretty much a bust. I went to the pool but clouds rolled in threatening a thunderstorm so most of us left. So only 2 hours at the pool with intermittent sunshine. I will try again on Friday.

So I came home thinking I would do a workout here or at the gym. But alas that didn't happen either. So no workout other than 20 minutes walking around a very cold pool .

Looks like everyone else managed to get a workout in, great job ladies!

Tomorrow I will be back at the gym for a weight workout and maybe add on some cardio since it is supposed to rain all day!
