Daily Check In: August 5, 2005

Day 5 of the 05 rotation for me! Yesterday I added PUB into the days 4 rotation. I just did it later in the day. Today I will add a run o the rotation. Trying to decide if I want to do the run first then later the rotation workout or vice versa.

Sandra - we're staying close to home. Sophie is booked for swimming lessons every morning at 9. I think we will head down to the Falls for a day and do the tourist thing, and spend a day at the water park, and some time at the lake close to us.:)
 
Morning ladies. This morning was CTX Upper Body Split. It's been awhile since I've done this one so I had to go back and forth in determining where I am weight wise. My chest is dead! I had planned to do some cardio afterwards, but I ran out of time.

Terri, Sandra and Tammy,

I'm sure that Sandy and I will have tons of fun yapping at lunch today. :) Plus the fact that the cheesecake factory has AWESOME food and even BETTER cheesecake :9 ! Talk about a cheat day! Today is definately going to be one!!! }(
I was very nice to DH and ALLOWED him to stay at home while sick. He is home from work again today. He was going to go in but this morning he had a fever. He has not held or kissed his little boy since wednesday night. He's not happy about this at all! :-( As of tomorrow he will be on antibiotics for 48 hours and will therefore, will no longer be contageous. Joey will get about a million kisses from his daddy at that time in order to catch up on what was missed! LOL :+

Today will be day 5 of the Aug05 rotation. Others have indicated what we all are doing, so I don't need to write it down. :D Thanks, ladies. I am also playing volleyball. We are still in the Championship round, since we won all three games last week.

Hello all! Happy Friday! today for me is cardio and upperbody. i might do some of the upper body stuff at the gym, but there's no way i am doin gpushups in public and besides that i need Cedie to keep count for me, so i may do GS tris/chest when i get home and abs of course. HSC abs i think.

Sandra: glad Peter's not sick too and it is a big blessing that you are not getting germs. Good for you!

I did PUB Triceps and Biceps, PLB floorwork, and Leaner Legs abs.

Nice workout between interruptions of helping the boys with their school work (we homeschool for all the new posters and have started a modified schedule):D

Today was Christi Taylor's Stepsational, followed by CTX leaner legs. Just mowed the lawn (and I pushed, no release used for easy mowing). Took the day off from work and had a massage earlier. Now I can eat clean and enjoy my evening.

Good evening all... I just finished my w/o at 10. We moved the rest of DD's things/furniture to her apartment today. DH came home and started working around the property. He had a lot of spraying to do. I got back from DD around 5 and started helping DH with the yard. He was in the process of mowing. I just mowed Monday but it needed it again. I got the weedeater and started trimming.

I did PUB/PLB bonus premix which is a one hour total body w/o. Great w/o, first time I have done that premix.

Carole - we finally got DD totally moved today. There are a few things I need to take to her tomorrow. We are going shopping tomorrow (tax free weekend here in NC for back to school, clothing (anyone's not just school age). She is officially on her own now. Of course, DS and his wife's house will be completed at next week and they are going to start moving in. So, the whole process starts again, I'll need to help them as I have DD.

Sandra - I've been staggering my calories for a month now with Sarah's (aka Ima) help. I am doing great on it. I've lost weight, but more importantly my body fat percentage has gone down while my lean muscle mass as gone up. I am very happy with this eaing plan.

Going to hit the shower and then the bed.... night...
 
Well, i never made it to the gym today, but i DID lose my mind! i ended up obsessing over all the MOUNDS of dead grass (hay really) in my "yard" (3 acres) that was left behind when i had my brother mow the day before yesterday and i got my crazy ass out there with a rake and made piles all over the yard to be baggeed and tossed over the fence tomorrow. i have blisters and i bet i will be so sore tomorrow. i actually justified it by telling myself that i was knocking out upper body and cardio at the same time. i was dripping with sweat (it was noon and 100 degrees) i was out there thinking to myself....i bet the neighbors have called the loony bin to come pick me up! i hope i don't regret this tomorrow, but i bet i do! i don't know what came over me:eek: sigh....i just couldn't stand looking at it anymore
