First today. ....middle son has landed in Florida to start his last semester in college. Youngest son is currently at the local community college's orientation.

I did my cardio before taking son to his orientation that was 2 Taebo Express workouts. ..then after taking him I went to the gym for an hour workout, it was wonderful!

I have an interview at the local community college for an adjunct instructor for the adult education classes. The interview is next Wednesday. Pray it will be a good fit.

Today I did a short 30 minute Hoco Body Blast workout + 10 minute Mike Chang youtube deadlift workout.
