Good morning Siobhan, Annette & Nora,

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- Total Body Compound Core- (did 30 min. of the 45 min. workout- wanted to do a couple other things, so just did the first 30 min.)
YT- Leonora Taurel- Upper Body Med Ball workout- 12 min.
VideoSki- 15 min. Mt. Bachelor, Oregon skier workout (as hot as it's been, the snow was nice! LOL!)

Today I did a 45 minute yoga workout from Gaia. I added on another 10 minute stretch.

Linda - Nice workout this morning! Pretty much a full hour!

Annette and Nora - it seems you both got in your workouts yesterday - yeah!

Hi ladies,

I ended up getting up earlier than I wanted so I came to the gym and did 40 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes of floorwork.

Now home to change and go the pool.

Nice workouts ladies.
 
Well, the pool is a bust, too much cloud cover to make it worth my time and money. I will try again Friday since I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow.

Very nicely done with the vfollowing wokouts:

Siobhan- Good job on today's workout with the following:

YT-Gaia - 45 minute yoga workout, then added on a 10 Minute stretch. Wow, that sounds great nice and stretched and relaxed WTG & high fives:)

Annette- You mentioned you had an early start on your gym workout today. That's probably good to get it done in the cooler part of the day.

pool didn’t work today :(. It’s cloudy off & on here today too.

Nice mix of spinning, abs & Chiseled Lower Body Blast today Nora!!
