Hi ladies

Today was Compond Giant Sets Live.

Annette do you have a pool in your yard or is this a town pool? Do they close soon for the season? My parents have an inground pool in their backyard and they live in the same town we do. We rarely go anymore now that the kids are gone we are more beach people

Hi Lisa,

It is a town pool and this is the final full week it will be open. School starts next Wednesday so the pool will be open weekends only until Labor Day. The weather and my son's work schedule have prevented me from going more often this summer.

It is a nice pool, top of every hour there is an adult swim for 15 minutes where all the patrons younger than 18 have to get out. So that is nice then you get out and lay out for roughly 45 minutes and repeat.

Always a breeze, only issue this year was the gnats and sweat bees were awful!! I needed a fly swatter it was so bad. Probably due to all the rain.

I also lay out at home and just use the hose to cool off.[emoji41]

Hi Everyone,

I managed only 20 minutes on the bike today. I was bored.

Annette - school starts next week? really? we don't start until the first tuesday after labour day. wow.

i hope to be back at it tomorrow.

Yes, Ceci here in PA they start in August. Hubby said that they are thinking about doing away with snow days and making the kids go online and work from home so they can count the day as a school day.

Glad my kids are done with school/college.
