You're lucky with the hot weather to some extent. Ever since we got back from Spain it's been 15-20 degrees Celcius. It does not feel like summer, more early spring or fall... Grey and raining most days and you need to wear a coat.
Today I only had an hour to workout and my triceps were still sore from Monday and glutes and legs from yesterday so I skipped the planned MTB and chest work and just did Xtrain Burn Sets Chest, Back and Shoulders.
Good workout, but didn't get my 10.000 steps in today. Full day at the office, followed by w/o with close to no steps and then out to dinner. Oh well, yesterday I did well over 15.000 steps so I guess it's not too bad.
