Hi gals,

Today I took son to work and then went to the gym early.

When I got there I started with 10 minutes on the stair machine and then did an hour of weight work. I did pyramid up type thing for chest press, overhead triceps, and hammer curls (25, 30 and 35 pound dumbbells). Then I did shoulder press with dumbbells, lying overhead holding a dumbbell for back. Add in chest flies also. I did the calf machine, and a super set of lateral pull downs standing both wide grip and underhand grip.

Then I did floorwork abs and legs, then the leg press machine and biceps preloaded barbell.

After all that I had 30 min. break before teaching my Disco Circuit workout to 8 ladies for 51 minutes.

Hello all! I did the first two segments of the Next Step followed by Cardio and Weights live. Tough workout! Felt great!

Wow Annette, you sure stay busy at the gym!

Today I did Bulk Arms and approx 30 Sh'bam dance workout. I also got well over 15,000 steps done, several short walks and one 1 hr walk.

Hi ladies. Nice to see you Missy! Loving those step workouts eh? Henriette 15000 steps! That’s a lot of steps!!! You continue to impress me. Annette, killing it as usual.

Today I did another Michelle Dozois More Cardio interval Burn. High calorie burn even though I was tired. I’m just not getting great sleep. I wake up sweating too often. Blah.
