Hi gals,

I just did a very weird Taebo workout I found on You Tube. It was 51.48 minutes and somebody literally cut and spliced moves/segments from like 25 different Taebo workouts. Every combo was from a different workout, plus there were no kicks in it at all[emoji44]!

So needless to say I added some legs into the workout to round it out. Overall not a bad workout just strange in how they did it.

I did recognize some of the workouts included from some I own and some that I used to own on VHS .

Hi Annette. That’s crazy!!! Was is frustrating to follow or was it do-able? There’s nothing like being mentally prepared for a workout when it goes kaput! Go for you for staying with it.

Today I did more of Kristen Dowells Dressed up Drills. Once I get through all the segments I’ll move on. It’s a looong workout so I’m doing it in segments/premixes.

Where is everyone? Henriette how’s your tooth?
 
Peg, it was doable just strange. The segments flowed which was nice but it needed legs/kicks to be well rounded. It had some pushups which I did on a wall for push outs. And a little bit of standing abs.

Again not bad just different way of putting together a workout.

Hi ladies!

That was one weird workout Annette! I have seen some Zumba ones like that, but it always puts me off.

Tuesday night I did Body Beast Bulk Legs. Ouch! My legs were hurting already in the first set!

Peg - thanks for asking. My tooth is getting better. Less and less pain, but I am still on painkillers and antibiotics. I have my second and hopefully last root canal tomorrow. Not looking forward to that, but it can't be as bad as last week when the infection was at it's peak.

Hi Everyone,
yesterday I managed to do a 30 minute yvette bachman workout. I will check in later today for today's workout.
