Hi Annette and all still to follow,
Despite my ankles still not feeling great and having had a long and hectic day in which I had already gotten 10.000 steps in? I still wanted to do a fun cardio workout. I checked my Cathe Live notes for which one I had given the most stars and ended up doing Step on It. It's been well over a year since I last did it, but boy was it fun. It got my heart rate high and held it up, even peaking once and I just had so much fun with it. I wish I had or made time for this kind of workout more often!
My ankles both feel really week now but I sure had a great workout, so it was worth it. I just hope they heal by tomorrow.
