Good Thursday Morning Hellos going out to Phyllis, Tammy & All who Follow!

Just completed CC #5 about 15 min ago still in sweaty wet workout clothes but had to get the kiddos up and ready .

Started 10 min later but I was on the TM by 4:40 am :D Still need to stay consistent until it becomes habit to get at this time but boy do I feel ready to conquer my day lol :7

Still have PLB and abs to do later on after I drop the kids off at school.

Knowing you gals wake up early to get your workouts in helps me big time lol. I just need to keep doing this and make it a habit.

I like getting up this early because not only do I get my run in but I also have more than enough time to do a good leisurely through stretch afterwards without the phone ringing or someone in my way wanting to use the tv as I'm finishing up. Its just me, the TM and my two bleary eyed cats ;) Poor things they are so funny when I go in and turn on the lights squinting their eyes as I interrupt their sleep lol

We are sweating with you in the early hours, but I love having my workout done for the day, don't you?

Today was PUB, Amy's Ab Section 2, and Amy's stretch section 1. Good solid weight training.

Hi gals look it is before noon,LOL!!

I did the warm up off of PUB.. then did shoulders up only off of PUB, then did 2 exercises each for triceps and biceps off of Slow and Heavy and then did abs off of Leaner Legs for my workout.

Not too bad.

YAY for morning workouts....I just love knowing that my workout is done for the day as after work I do NOT feel like working out.
