Hi gals,

Today I subbed for the Zumba lady, so I taught my Dancey Circuit workout to 9 ladies. Honestly, I am real sore from yesterday's desk moving and falling in the hole, that I am surprised I made it through the workout. It was tough on me. But 47 minutes later it was done.

Rainy day.

Hello every body,

I've been working out regularly, but haven't posted everyday. Today I ran for an hour. I realized I'm out of shape for running. I'm going to try to do it more regularly. Cross training is important!

Today I did Patrick Goudeau's Turn up and trim down. I love him. His workouts are creative.

I have to run but HELLOOOOO to all who follow. Hope you are doing well.
 
Hi all,

I am definitely not a runner either. I used to run as a teenager and when I was a student, but the last many years I get shin splints when I run and I just really don't seem to enjoy it much. I have considered doing couch potato to 5K training or something similar, but I guess I would have to get a special stroller for jogging if I want to do that.

Thursday was a super busy day: work and physio for Mick and bball for Magnus. I was still feeling ill (made worse by lack of sleep) and Mick had a fever all day from his vaccinations and was unwell, so I opted for a long walk with Mick again and finished both my books instead of a workout. I miss my workouts already... just from this one week with less workouts I feel like I am missing out on a lot :(

Today is Friday and another long day at the office so chances are great I will not manage a workout. Better luck in the weekend I hope.
