Today was the Hard Strikes Timesaver premix with abs, and then to the gym for 40 min. of weiht work. People at the gym are noticing my weight loss which is nice.

Congrats on the weight loss Annette and people noticing it. Must feel good.

Last Saturday one of the other moms at basketball asked what I had been up to as I had lost so much weight. I am not actually sure I have lost any... Kg wise, but I may have. I am avoiding the scales as it's demotivating and when building muscle and getting toned with H&C I care more about how I look and feel than what the scales say.

Today I could really feel my glutes. I wonder if it was H&C or the KCM lower body. My shoulders and hamstrings were also a little sore, but nothing like my glutes.

I just finished H&C Total Body Hammer. Another really good w/o. I keep being surprised by how much I am enjoying H&C. This was 3 different rounds of 3 exercises done in sets of 10, 8 and 6 reps and repeated. With low reps it meant I could go heavy (2×9kg dumbells) with most but definitely not with Military shoulder press!

Now it's late and time to shower and go to bed.

Annette, many compliments, you deserve all of them! Today I started my w/o at about 7.45 p.m., quite late but I did not manage to do it earlier. I did Hiit chest, triceps and shoulders. I have to say that I still find it difficult to choose the proper weight. I tend to go heavier than what allows me to work out with good form. My muscles were burning... Half an hour of tv, then to bed as tomorrow it's another early wake-up
 
Hello ladies ...just getting to check-in as my day was very swamped. Workout was a 35 min fitnessGlo Tabata, brief floorwork for hips, lots of stretching & also got out for a walk.

Always so nice to get compliments on your achievement. Good for you Annette! Well deserved. :)
and you as well Henriette! You seem to be always on the go, so that probably has something to do with the weight loss (plus of course your workouts!)

I just get myself weighed when I have a dr.'s appointment. I have actually gained 7 pounds, although I feel I look stronger and tighter.
