Hi gals,

I went to the gym and did a circuit type workout. Started with 10 minutes on the stair machine and then 15 of weights (chest, triceps, back ) , then 22 minutes on the elliptical machine, then finished up with 30 minutes of weights working biceps, shoulders, legs and abs followed by a short 3 minute stretch. Total of 80 minutes.

Sunnier day, but still cool temperatures.

And all who follow...

Today i did a RWH chest/shoulders premix. It was good to do cathe again. i think i've done so much of her stuff over the years that I just know it all! I must try some of her older stuff again to change things up.

Hi ladies,

I felt really under the weather Tuesday, so instead of a workout I went for a long walk with Mick and then enjoyed a good story. I am in the middle of two books and both are really good so ideally I want to finish both as soon as possible, so I split my time between the two books. One on my commute mainly and one at home. Like Peg said... I love a good story!

I hate having a cold and feeling feverish... I hope it will pass soon. Thanksfully Wednesdays I work half a day and from home.
