Hi Ladies,
I have been away for a while, but I'm back now. Today is my rest day and the only thing I will be doing tonight is Salsa dancing and having a couple of Manhattans. Tomorrow I will be running 5 miles and yoga and on Sunday I will be doing my long run 16 miles. I'm training for the San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon on June 5th.
