Hey everyone! I'll get us started since I missed yesterday. Today I tried to do Cathe's Rhythmic step (an oldie) but I was wiped out and stopped about 40 minutes into it. Yesterday was Cathe Live Athletic Conditioning. No wonder I'm wiped out. Plus my dog had obedience class last night.....that's always a treat. I hope everyone is well and getting rest. hello to all who follow.

Today I did KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness Cardio Blast workout 1 then since that wasn't enough I did an old one Cardio-Camp Workout with Kimberly Spreen the 32 minute kickbox premix.

Worked up a sweat.

Good workouts!
Tonight Magnus and I did ICE LIS the whole thing, so warm-up and w/o 1&2. Worked up a real sweat! Avg heart rate was 139!

Today I did my own workout blender of lower body cathe + added on 10 minutes of a cathe cardio workout blender concoction i made.
