Hello everyone! I'll get us started today. This morning I did X54 w/ breaks and mods (from X10). I'm kind of tired, it's a bit humid and THAT workout is friggin hard!!! Perhaps it was just too much for me at 5:30 this morning. Who knows. I hope everyone is doing well. Have a great day ladies.
 
Hi Peg,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit workout to 11 ladies for an hour . Since my shoulder is still giving me some issues I did not do any weight work other than what was in my class.

Having a good old summer thunderstorm right now, hoping it stays cooler afterwards.

Smith's 1 mile Walk & Talk walks on YouTube. I like those, there are several, very basic easy walking moves and
Each has a topic which she talks about...gives you something to think about and ponder over....the one I did tonight
Was Busyness vs. Happiness and how to strike a even balance...they are approx. 15 min or so.....hope you all have

I've been meaning to try that one out, Linda. Jessica is very sensible and I like her approach to everything.

Yesterday morning I did a Kundalini infused 25 min Yoga practice and tonight Linda Wooldridge's Pyramid Sweat (cardio) 30 mins. Nice change.
 
Hi ladies,
Late check in for me as well.
It's been really hot here... Like around 30 degrees and with no airco that's just too hot for indoor workouts. Both Sunday and yesterday I managed to get my steps and reach my goal cal burn for the day by walking outdoors. Due to the heat I am also not sleeping great so I really need to take it a bit easier. It's supposed to stay hot this week so I will have to come up with a plan.
