Good Morning Ladies! Happy Friday...finally. I had a busy week at work then a migraine with a dizzy spell. UGH!! But the good news is, it's Friday and I can sleep in tomorrow. Thank heavens for small favors right? This morning I did Cathe Live- Warrior Kickboxing. I enjoyed getting out my bag and doing the drills. I've missed Cathe!! Have a great day people, be well. Linda, I'm thinking of you and your family. Love is coming your way.

Hi Peg and all who follow,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit workout to 9 ladies for an hour, then I did 40 minutes of heavy dumbbells. 35, 40 and 45 pounds for chest press, 30 and 25 for chest flies, 40 and 45 pounds for hammer curls, standing lat pull downs wide arms and under hand close grip for 70 and 60 pounds one set each of 12 reps.

Overhead dumbbell for triceps, calf machine and leg press machine. I ended with 15 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Now off to Wal-Mart.

Have a great day!

Oh my dear friend. I'm so sorry. There are no words. To say her struggle has ended doesn't ease the pain you're feeling right now, I know. All I can do is listen and pray for all of you. I wish you blessings and healing. I'm glad you have each other and that you're able to be there for your brother and the children. It's a sadness that is profound and we're here for you when you're ready. Her death will never rob you of knowing her, the time you did spend with her and the happy, healthy person that she was. What helped me with my dads passing was to look at all his pictures, remember the good times when he was healthy and vibrant, laugh at the memories and recognize that our hearts were broken but we have the power to eventually heal no matter how hard the struggle. Grief is very personal so allow yourself all the time and tears you need. It's a reminder how precious life is and to be kind to each other as we are all fighting our own private battle of some sort. All my love....be well.
