Workouts are walking based and you use the ramp by stepping on it, not like on a step, but forward pressing,
Moving down the color sections, etc. it's kind of hard to explain, but it' fun....also, Gin usually uses a 6 count
Waltz beat,like...right,left,right..left,right,left....they are low impact workouts, but you do backwards walking,
V backs, lunges....Leslie's workouts for the ramp (or walk blaster, same thing) are fun, but a little boring....

Beatburn apps for each on my iPod. I hopped on the ab machine and headed home....after letting my lunch
Settle, I did a 30 min. Leg Press Circuit blender mix. That is it for awhile.....maybe later I am going to do one
