Good morning everybody!

I am finally feeling much better, so MM, CM, SM and then either a step tape or 60 minutes on the elliptical. After this, I will probably need to do NApMax.

Yesterday was Core Max #2 followed by 30 mins of Aerobics.
Today will be Chest & Back and PUB shoulder segment.
