Good morning!

Today I have HCExtreme/interval blast with legs... somebody posted a breakdown of what this is.... I'll have to find it. This sounds like a tough w/o. I believe I've done it before because I have done all the HCE workouts but it has been a very long time.

Good morning Jane. I posted the breakdown Tuesday. I hadn't done it before either. I'm taking a rest today today. Maybe it's the rain, but I couldn't get out of bed. I had PLB and CM on tap so I guess they will be tomorrow's WO.

Today is PLB and CM#1 . I'll sub with a mishmosh of leg floorwork.I've done a lot of subbing this week, but it's working for me, so I guess that's okay. (I'd rather follow a rotation to a T though.)

Hey Ladies.

Well, the results are in on the X! I decided not to wait until the end of the recovery week to weigh/measure so I did it this morning. I was feeling thin!;) :p So I've lost 1 pound, just about 1% body fat and 4+ inches overall. My numbers are not big but I did not start out with a whole lot to lose in the first place. I am happy with my results. My clothes are looser and I am tighter and definately more defined! I am also stronger! My waist is smaller then it is has been in YEARS AND YEARS AND...well, you get the picture and I have definition in my abs that I have NEVER had before!!!

Doing that rotation was AWESOME and one heck of a challenge! I will definately do it again in the future! Pics to come!:)

Today is supposed to be a spin class but the weather is miserable out there and I don't know that it's worth dragging not only myself but my little guy out into it. I may hang in the house and get a Cathe cardio fix instead!}( Oh and I have yoga on tap for this evening.

Phyllis, thanks for making me feel better about subbing.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who does that. Today I did leg/glute floorwork from Legs & Glutes and Butts & Gutts, plus CM 1. Just under an hour, but I feel like I got a good workout.

I have the winter blues in spring. It's cloudy, windy , cold and chance of SNOW this weekend! ;( Who's up for a RT to FLORIDA!??!?!?}( :7

Hi Everyone,

I did PLB this morning and I am not sure I will be able to walk later today. It didn't seem too bad when I was doing it but I am definitely feeling my legs now.

I am excited about Cathe's announcements, especially the iPod workouts. When I travel I usually bring my kickmax and KPC dvd's but I would love to just transport everything on my iPod.

Hello all - This morning I woke up to severe thunderstorms and lightening but now all is calm.

Today is PLB and CM - still have this cold that is lingering but each day I am feeling better. I may take it easy with PLB and keep on listening to my body.

I saw Cathe's announcements and whoa she has tons lined up - I think I'm most excited about the 4 day split workouts - thank goodness I have zero balance on my cc lol

Well ladies thank you for keeping me motivated on working out this week - it would've been so much easier to not do anything with this cold but reading about what you all are doing or have lined up has kept me pushing forward with maintaining my goals of staying consistant with working out - thanks :)
 
Just read Cathe's anouncement and there is a ton coming up! Very cool!

Well, I had my first go round with Drill MAx today, just did the cardio and leg balst premix I think it was, anyways, it was an hour long, and it was awesome!

Sounds like everyone is having a decent week...weather here is not so good...I am so ready for summer to get and stay here!

Wendy, sounds like you got great results!

Back to the world of taxes!

Congratulations Wendy! Those are some good results! Can't wait to see the pics! I don't know if I have the patience to do a P90X rotation and oh the Cathe withdrawal I would suffer!!

I just finished HCX/IB+LCD.... it is a leg burner for sure!!! It wasn't that bad though, I can handle three IMAX3 intervals broken up with the IBs.... and I love the LCDs (I got to do them twice this week!). Those last five IB were the toughest though, the plie jacks and power lunges at that point in the workout!

I miss my little guy so much!! DS says all he is doing is eating, sleeping, and of course, the neverending diaper changing! But they are loving it. I'll get to see him again tomorrow evening or Saturday, probably Saturday. I have an errand to run in the opposite direction tomorrow after work.

Tammy - I detect a kickboxing hate theme going on here! :7 :7 :+

Phyllis - I believe you asked how far I was from DIL and DS... about 35 minutes or so if there isn't any traffic.

Becky - A RT to FL sounds good!

Colleen - Hello and welcome. I love the idea of the IPOD workouts too!

Vilma - you are smart not to push yourself when you're sick... it doesn't make things worse. You'll be back in no time and you won't even miss a beat!

Deb - DM is awesome, I love that workout. You don't have many more days before the end of tax season. How many extensions will you have to deal with though?

Off to feed the horses and refuel.

I did Long and Lean Yoga tonight. Felt great. Just what I needed. I realized that I haven't taken a rest day in almost 2 solid weeks. That is very odd for me...Thank goodness for yoga! :)
