Congratulations Wendy! Those are some good results! Can't wait to see the pics! I don't know if I have the patience to do a P90X rotation and oh the Cathe withdrawal I would suffer!!
I just finished HCX/IB+LCD.... it is a leg burner for sure!!! It wasn't that bad though, I can handle three IMAX3 intervals broken up with the IBs.... and I love the LCDs (I got to do them twice this week!). Those last five IB were the toughest though, the plie jacks and power lunges at that point in the workout!
I miss my little guy so much!! DS says all he is doing is eating, sleeping, and of course, the neverending diaper changing! But they are loving it. I'll get to see him again tomorrow evening or Saturday, probably Saturday. I have an errand to run in the opposite direction tomorrow after work.
