Today I am trying to decide between GymStyle Legs (standing) plus some upper body work or a circuit. I have mucho errands to run today and a lot of cleanmax too.
Today is supposed to be my rest day but I think I am flip-flopping them and taking my rest tmrw. I'll be doing tmrw's work out today...bootcamp...I have worked my U/B 2 days in a row though so I will be doing BC W/O the U/B work this time.
Hi again, my workout is done.I have done a Muscle Max premix (the Upper Body Only - 42 min) and I added the core segment of the workout. It has been a while since I have did MM. I liked it.The premix is awesome.That bonus burn doing the kickback using the resistance band is fantastic.Later I did TJ ab jam and the cardio party nº 1. Later I will use my stationary bike.

hey ya'll! just wanted to pop in today and say hello i did GS legs. I do that one almost everyday(without weights of course) cause i just love the floorwork.
