I've got a couple of days to catch-up on. Before I do, let me plead my case.
I'm PMSing and this month the theme is tiredness and a minorly distrupted sleep pattern. I've been waking up at 6:30 the past 4 mornings, and that's very unusual for me. It throws me off- especially today after I fell asleep on the couch for 3 hours after I had gotten up, eaten breakfast and spent some much needed journaling time. Arg! I feel hung over.
Friday I spent the afternoon at the zoo and did a bunch of shopping. Lots of walking, just about constant movement. On top of that I was in the sun all day- with lots of sunscreen of course. I know this all isn't the same as exercise, but it's gotta count for something! lol
I spent Saturday moving and rearranging furniture at my place and at my mom's. I got a totally awesome couch for free, so it was worth it! It wore me out though! }( Why does this happen? :7
Eats were less than clean Friday and Saturday- that surely doesn't help. My choices and portion sizes continue to improve, but I still want to do better. Especially during PMS, that seems to be when it counts the most to eat cleanly- at least for me.
Technically my Off day was Saturday, but I don't really feel like I rested so I'm taking today as an Off day. I've got to finish rearranging the furniture in my bedroom before I could do a workout anyway. I don't like having so many days (3) go by without a formal workout, but that's just how life workouts out sometimes. I'll "come back" hard Monday. I swear!
Wow, that might win the award for longest check in. LOL Does anyone even read these this late in the day....?
