Hi good morning. Yesterday I did the TAEBo advanced 4, two TAEBO basic live workouts, the TAEBO bootcamp abs and the three segment of quick fix cardio kicks with Janis Saffell. Today I have on my schedule KPC,TAEBO and a Cathe's upper body premix.Have a great day everybody.

Hello everyone,

It is a beautiful day for running. And I did. I didn't have high fibers at dinner last night, nor for breakfast this morning, didn't have my morning coffee ritual and I decided to take my hayfever medication after my run (not good, I know). Which is why I had to run early. Ran the same route and distance as last week. Was 1 minute faster and it wasn't nearly as tough at the end as it was last time. AND, more inmportantly, no jumping in bushes :D !! Had an absolutely great run. Did take my medication right after I got home though. Don't wanna be sneezing and itching and feeling bleh, the rest of the day.

Despite using sunscreen on every bit of naked skin even in Winter, I have an incredible tan already on my arms and upper torso and my legs are not like milk bottles any more. I only started running in shorty shorts since my 10K race earlier this month. I've never in my life been this tanned before.

Mariángeles, you really love your taebo don't you? How long are these taebo w/o's as you seem to do a lot in one day?

Hi , Dutchie glad to know you had a great run but be careful. The TAEBO advanced are 1 hour of length each workout and the basic live workout are 30 minutes of length each workout.I had a extra-long workout day yesterday: 3 hours total. }( }(. I am the bionic woman am I? I am in the best shape of my life.

Dutchie! I'm so glad that you managed your run without having to leap into the bushes! That's great:) I wish I had some colour. As it is, I have to phone the airport authority before I go outside in shorts because the glare off my white legs blinds the pilots of passing planes (JUST KIDDING!)

Mariangeles - holy WOW! 3 hours? You truly ARE the bionic woman! We need to see some pictures:)

Well, this morning I weighed myself and I've lost 2 lbs! I was happy about that. Only 2 more to go! And I did my measurements and I've lost 3/4" off my waist, 1/4" off thighs and chest. Everything else stayed the same though.

I did CM1 last night and wasn't too successful with the levitation holds. I'm not sure why. Normally I can do them. Maybe I was tired.

Today is Musclemax and maybe some cardio if I can fit it in!

Morning everyone!

I have been wearing shorts the past 2 days despite my blindingly WHITE legs! lol If I don't bare them they will NEVER get color, right!? :p :7

Well, ofcourse no work outs to report. Just popping in to say hello. Dad fed and changed Joey and now they are hanging out on the couch together so mommy can have her coffee in peace and type with BOTH hands! lol :+

Today is a BBQ at my SIL's house. Joey will be meeting a bunch of new people today. I hope he doesn't get really cranky by the end of the day. It's already an hour's drive and with a cranky babe in the back it will feel like a day's drive! lol

Okay well I'm off...have a great day! Looks like it's gonna be gorgeous outside!

Good Morning Fit Women,

Well looks like alot of us have white legs. No wonder with this crazy weather we have been having. Can't tell if it is early Spring or even Winter on some days.

Yesterday was a forced rest day due to TTOM.

Shelley- sounds like your on a roll. You will have to send more pics our way.

Today was Tri's and Bi's and still have to do Core Max 3 later.

I am absolutely determined to get back to working out and taking good care of myself after a long, nasty cold and much too much time at the office.

Yesterday I did about 35 minutes on the treadmill which was great considering that my sinuses are still kind of stuffed. Then I came home and did the squats and lunges from S&H. I couldn't go any further because I got dizzy and nauseous, but I did complete all the reps. I ate really clean yesterday and I'm starting to feel more fit already!

Shelley, I don't know why I never saw your pics before, but you look great and Sophie is absolutely adorable. As usual, your line about the airport made me laugh out loud. How do you eat all those cookies and pastries on Tuesdays and stay so slim???????? We want to know!

Wendy - it must be so exciting having a new little one to show off! You sound so calm and relaxed about everything. The perfect new Mom.

Shelley: 2 pounds huh? that is awsome!!! i seem to have some sort of dysfunction. before i was working out like a dog but couldn't get my eating under control. Now my eating is so much better (almost completely clean) and i let my workouts slip some.x( i have never been good with happy mediums. i am such an extreemist in every way!

Mari: you are SO very inspiring! how do you do it? how do you find the time to workout for so long and not get tired or injured? you are amazing!!!! yo quiero vivir contigo, entonces yo aprendo muchas cosas!

Hello my fitness lovelies! Good afternoon :)

Today was gym day. I only get there on the weekends when my hubby can babysit and then we trade off so he can go. Excellent workout today - 3 miles on the treadmill, spin class, heavy lifting on my own, abs.

Nancy - thanks!! I don't work that hard all the time ;) I usually only get 1 gym day a week so I make it really WORK.

I've got a couple of days to catch-up on. Before I do, let me plead my case. :p I'm PMSing and this month the theme is tiredness and a minorly distrupted sleep pattern. I've been waking up at 6:30 the past 4 mornings, and that's very unusual for me. It throws me off- especially today after I fell asleep on the couch for 3 hours after I had gotten up, eaten breakfast and spent some much needed journaling time. Arg! I feel hung over.

Friday I spent the afternoon at the zoo and did a bunch of shopping. Lots of walking, just about constant movement. On top of that I was in the sun all day- with lots of sunscreen of course. I know this all isn't the same as exercise, but it's gotta count for something! lol

I spent Saturday moving and rearranging furniture at my place and at my mom's. I got a totally awesome couch for free, so it was worth it! It wore me out though! }( Why does this happen? :7

Eats were less than clean Friday and Saturday- that surely doesn't help. My choices and portion sizes continue to improve, but I still want to do better. Especially during PMS, that seems to be when it counts the most to eat cleanly- at least for me.

Technically my Off day was Saturday, but I don't really feel like I rested so I'm taking today as an Off day. I've got to finish rearranging the furniture in my bedroom before I could do a workout anyway. I don't like having so many days (3) go by without a formal workout, but that's just how life workouts out sometimes. I'll "come back" hard Monday. I swear! ;)

Wow, that might win the award for longest check in. LOL Does anyone even read these this late in the day....?

Mariángeles ...awesome workout! Not sure I like Billy's Bootcamp as well as his Get Ripped series , but the bands are fun.

I guess I'm lucky as I have always tanned easily. Never burn. I do use alot of sunscreen outdoors though..

I did a 12.5 run today with my sister and another good friend, it is really nice as we can talk about the things bugging us...not real sure why DH's seem to be a hot topic!!!

Hi again. I have finished my daily workout. I have done KPC, the upper body premix of ME, the quick fix cardio kicks with Janis Saffell ( the 3 segments and the 10 minutes bonus: 40 minutes) and 1 hour in my stationary bike.Shelley don't worry I can't do the levitations holds. When you don't feel tired you will do them.Wendy soon you will be working out again. Jes you are so sweet. I would like to live with you too. I do nothing special.I love exercise. It helps me to feel good.Nancy glad to know you feel better.Carole I have both: the GR and Bootcamp and I think the GR cardio is harder specialy the GR 1 but I love the bootcamp workouts too.In the bootcamp workouts there are a lot more strength moves and the resistance bands makes a difference.Yesterday I did the bootcamp abs workouts and I feel my core sore today.

Thanks for letting me know, Carole! ;) Exercise usually helps ease some of the PMS symptoms for me, too. I spent the day clearing out my bedroom from all the furniture moving this weekend (my room ended up being the catch all), so I can do a workout tomorrow morning. I'm looking forward to it...I can't stay away very long anymore. lol

Wow, 12.5 miles is awesome! It IS really nice to have friends (and family!) to talk things over with. I'm very thankful for my sisters!

Oh yea, thank you for answering my question a few days ago about where you live. I've never been to northern CA, but my cousin lives in SF and just raves about it all the time! One of these days I'll get out that way and see for myself- if for no other reason than to check out the farmer's markets and ocean! :p

Probably no one will read this late, but I haven't been on the boards much all week as I've been at an all day class at the U. of Minnesota. I also did not work out for 5 straight days! Absolutely no time.

Yesterday I ran 40 minutes. I haven't run in a long time, but I like to when the weather is decent. I could have gone and hour easily, but the dog couldn't go much longer. Cathe has me in pretty good shape.

Today I did Bootcamp and it seemed pretty tough. I recovered pretty well though. Tomorrow I visit the Terminator. I've only done the Viper from that, need to do the others.
