After work today, I went out to the back of our property to try my walking lunges. I did 100 so there is lots of room for improvement. Those things are hard!! I have read some old threads with counts as high as 600. Not sure that can be accomplished in July but I do want to come up do a little more each week and maybe get up to 300.
I was so afraid of my neighbors or somebody driving down the road would see me!! No prying eyes that I could tell of the human kind but my neighbors horses came to the edge of our fence (our pastures border). They were staring!! I knew what they were thinking... "look, they've moved a jacka$$ in beside of us"!! I got tickled watching them watch me and about lost my balance a couple of times.
Got my upper body workout in too by washing my vehicle. I have an SUV and believe me, it is always a workout washing that thing.
Carole, I think I'm finally going to get a run in. It felt so good out there washing my car, I am definitely going for a run later this evening.
