Hi good morning, yesterday I did cardio P90X, chest, shoulders and triceps and ab ripped P90X, the punching and kicking premix of KPC and the power drills of CK. Today is PLYO X. Have a great day everybody.

Yesterday I walked in the AM & PM. So I'm going say yesterday was my "rest day" since I didn't do any Cathe.

I'm off to do BodyMax. I tried it Friday after "BC Thursday" and just didn't have it in my to do the whole thing. So that's my goal for today.
Going over the DBIL's later so I'll be throwing some horseshoes (showing off again)}( LOL.

Hi good morning Kali and everybody who post later. Kali enjoy BM. I loove PLYO X. What a great workout!PLYO fills a void in my video fitness library. Although I have more than a handful of intense cardio routines, Plyometrics or ‘jump training’ is unique in that it offers both leg endurance and interval cardio benefits at the same time. So not only are you drenched in sweat but the next day you might experience lower body soreness as well.I loove it.Yesterday I had a great time yesterday doing chest, shoulders and triceps.I am loving P90X so much¡. I am in the second day of the week 5.

Good Morning!

Today is my rest day. We are going to work on getting our patio built. Hopefully we can get it pretty much done. I don't know because the heat. They are calling for recording breaking temps here in humidity country of FL. We might have to wait for the sun to go down!

Yesterday was pilates/rest day. I am going to start putting that back into my rotations.

Today is a full body weight w/o. I am thinking of doing the Pyramids. I haven't done that one in ages!

Good morning all, great w/o's as usual from you fabulous fitness ladies....

Today is steady state cardio for me. I have to work 10:30 to 7 today, yuck!!!!! I am dreading it!!! I'm going to have to get busy to get my w/o in.

Yesterday was GS BSB and chest and tri's. WOW what a w/o that was. It felt so good!!! My RA is settling down in my wrists thanks to prednisone and I am having pain but it at a tolerable level now.

Great workouts today...

I am going for a 10-12 mile run and maybe some abs...looking for a high today of 103, much better than last weeks 113!!!

Do you all ever sleep? :) Only 6 am here in Denver and you all are up and at it so early. I woke up a half hour ago and wish I could have slept longer. I was up until 1 am.

Mariangeles-I am curious to what results you have noticed thus far with p90x?

Today is either a workout from hardcore extreme or bodymax. Haven't decided yet. Then I later will try what Jane did yesterday. Both upper body dvd.s from the Gymstyles! I am in awe of that JAne and must try it myself.

Good morning ladies,

I have been flip flopping my workouts. Will do a routine and switch to something else the next. I am getting very bored. So I was looking through my rotations and I found one of A-Jock's Mish Mosh. It was one of the 4 week ctx like.It sounds pretty good since it is short and it works one body part a day. Has alot of variety.


Yesterday I walked and actually did a slow jog for three minutes. I only did 15 mins. Better than nothing! today will be lowmax step only, Muscle Max legs and Muscle Max core. I think this will be fun!!

Good Morning Fit Ladies!

Today will be HCXtreme Interval Circuit plus some ab work. Then I am going to lay on the deck for a bit in my new bikini....much needed R and R!

Debbie: BC and KM Blast Challenge sounds like quite the combination - Whew!

Wendy: What pilates are you doing? I bought MTV Pilates Mix a few weeks ago and did workout #1 a few days ago. I was expecting to feel DOMS or something, but nothing. I'll try workout #2 next time and see if that is different.

Carole: Enjoy your long run...I still have quite a ways to go before I could even attempt that. I am finding that running is shocking my system and I am seeing some nice changes in my body.

Well I thought it was my steady state cardio day, that's what I get for not looking at what I'd wrote down. It was interval/anaerobic w/o day. Oh well, I ran for 35 minutes and my heart rate stayed in the 160's to low 170's, which is above the upper limit of my training zone of 158, for at least half of the run. It happens on those grade changes on my road. I think I'll have to count this as an interval w/o due to what my HRM is telling me. So I actually did what I was suppose to anyway.

Boy it was hot out there at 8:30/9:00. Gonna be a scorcher today. 92 with heat index over 100. Carole, that is hot, 103/113. Look like all parts of the country are dealing with some awful heat this summer.
 
Good Morning Everyone!!

This morning I did High Step Training! What a workout! I love all the leg presses in there.}( Hate, hate , hate the hover squats and sit and stands. x( OUCH!!!
Which is a harder workout.....HST or High Step Challenge? I have them both but can't remember which was tougher.
Will still do coremax too today.
I'm stepping up my workouts a bit this week because Friday we leave on vacation and I KNOW I will be eating more than usual and have to leave my workouts behind. I WILL get in walks on the beach every single day though.......as long as the weather cooperates! Everyone please pray for no hurricanes or bad storms in Hilton Head next week!!! I am so nervous with all the storms lately.:(

Hi Tammy.

I have the winsor pilates original series from her first infomercial plus an extra abs work out that uses a band. I love them! When I was doing pilates atleast 3 times a week I got great strength gains in my abs/core, my flexibility improved a lot and I swear my stomach flattened some also! :) There was never DOMS with pilates in my experience but that doesn't mean it's not working...well it didn't mean that for me anyway. :)

I didn't know they had incorporated the Hardcores into the list until I looked. I had printed out the last one without the Hardcores. I printed this one out. I don't have either of those w/o's but I'd like to get HSTA.

Happy Sunday, I enjoyed a long workout this morning. I did L&G, I looove that workout, and followed it with MIC step portion then SJ&P abs and stretch.

I got interrupted by the phone, the $h!t has hit the fan at my FIL's, him and BIL had a run in over something silly. BIL's wife never liked any of us and is slinging her unique brand of craziness in all directions. I am willing to cut FIL a lot of slack these days, after all it's only a month since his wife died and they were together 61 years. Grief manifests in so many ways and even though we all think we know and understand the stages in my experience everyone's there when your sad and lamenting but when the anger stage is at hand everyone scatters. I'll be taking lots of deep breaths before I see him tomorrow. SIL frustrates me beyond wordsx(

Today will be a day good though, I'm taking these tired out legs (and my Kids) to the beach:+
