Good morning ladies!!



I hope that everyone is doing well!!
Yesterday I went and got myself a great massage and my right shoulder feels tops today, I am very glad that I went yesterday!!! Last night I did P90X: YOGA X, That was my first time ever doing Yoga, very interesting!! It was quite relaxing and really helped my shoulder too, and I slept like a baby last night!!! I am definetly going to add Yoga 1-2 days a week, I never thought I would say that...LOL

Today is my Twins: Calvin and Spencer's 12th birthday, and I am treating them to a day of fun and junk food!!! Lunch, movie, shopping, laser tag etc...It will be a great day!! It is so hard to believe that they are 12 already!! It seems like just yesterday they were babies..how the time flies!!

Exercise for today will be:

Terminator: Viper
Legs and Glutes
Core Max: Tough Abs premix

Today for me will be ME, another one I haven't done in a long time. If there is time, I will add the leg conditioning drills from KM.

I am going to do PLB today. I think I did the lunges wrong in Superset and that is what hurt my quads a few days ago...you know, the part when Cathe uses this short stepper and puts one leg back...something must have went wrong there.
Anyhow, I think my legs are good and strong today and I am going to go for it. I have noticed too that since I have increased my water intake I don't see that cellulite dimple on my one leg much. YEAH!
Rollerskating still on for tomorrow night!

Carole- I just wanted to personally thank you for inspring me to incorporate running back into my workout. I used to run track. Then I quit for a while. I am so happy I started running again. I didn't know how much I missed it. My boys and I will be doing our first 5k run. Then we will do the Relay for Life. Thank you. You are such an inspiration. I hope to one day get to the distance you can run. You are making me set a goal for myself and ya didn't even know it!!

Today is my scheduled rest day, although I think I will do some Pilates as stretching later.

Hi, Today is IMAX2, CoreMax, StretchMax and then 30-60 minutes of an easy pace on the elliptical while watching tv and reading.

Morning Everyone,

Tonight will be Lowmax.

I have Choir tonight so I need to get my w/o in right when I get home. I am happy the girls have no school tomorrow! That means no homework, so I will be able to get the exercise in before I need to leave.

Denise, hope your boys have a great B'Day, sounds like a lot of fun. My oldest DD turns 12 on Monday the 28th. I made cupcakes for her class last night. She saw them this morning and gave me a big hug. :) I too am amazed that she is that old, one more year and I have a teenager!! x(

Good Morning Ladies.

Well, last night ended up being a big dud for me. Had sort of a bad evening so I wasn't in the mood to exercise. Will do what I had planned for last night tonight....the rest of the upper body work from UBS and some cardio.

We must have had really strong winds by my house yesterday afternoon that managed to rip our shed right off of it's base. When DH came home the shed was still in our yard (thank goodness) but butted up against the fence and one good wind could have sent it flying. So he had to struggle against the force of the wind to to take it apart and secure it so that it wouldn't blow away and cause damage. In the meantime the contents of our shed are still sitting on it's base in the bad weather and wide open for anyone who comes walkin by to pick off if he so desires. We only have a low chain link fence around are yard so anyone can see the stuff and easily get in if they want to.

THEN we found out that we owe the gov't $ on our taxes for the 2nd year in a row! We both always got money back but since we have been married and bought a house, we have to pay! GRRRRR! x(

So needless to say my night was a downer and I just wasn't motivated to work out so I washed some clothes, watched some tv and went to bed.
:-(

Hopefully tonight will be a better one!

Yay for Aries!!! Happy birthday to all us late March babies:)

Last night I did Low Max for the first time and LOVED LOVED LOVED it! So much fun. And some good Cathe quotes. I also did the abs from KPC. And then I shovelled. GRRRRRRRRRRRR.....x(

Tonight I'm doing Muscle Max in its entirety for the first time. Can't wait!

It's going to be 5 degrees Celsius and sunny later, so hopefully it will melt a lot of the snow we got dumped on us last night.

Denise...P90X was my 1st yoga too. A great Birthday planned for your twins!! You really do some hard tough workouts girl! Glad your shoulder is feeling better. Be careful with it..

Charlotte....I think it might be Push-pull that one of the exercises fries my quads....I think the lunge thing she does. Thanks for the water reminder!

Carla....WOW!...thank you, that is such a very nice compliment....:)...and I think it is great you and your boys are venturing into your 1st 5K and the relay for Life!!!. Races are so fun. Let us know how it goes. You have really made my day...

Wendy....so sorry for the mess. I remember when the wind knocked over a huge oak tree in our yard. What a disaster. And Taxes on top of that....:(...I hope today is alot better for you...

I am doing GSL standing, KPC abs plus a Coremax segment, then a 5 mile run....enjoy the day.

Jeez, a tree coming down makes our mess seem like nothing! And thank goodness we don't have any trees in our yard coz if we did THAT would undoubtedly be the next thing that would go wrong! lol

I did Timesaver #5 this morning. This isn't the most difficult leg workout for me, but I really like the L&G sections. I really need to get this workout. Plus, the SJP squats are always a frier. I was feeling frisky so I decided to add an extra set of 7 rep low ends. I'll probably feel those tomorrow.:7 Tonight I will be doing triceps and biceps from PUB with some additional ab work.

Today was supposed to be another running day, but its raining and not just lightly x( So I will do HSTA instead, and maybe maybe the Cardio only from Kickmax - I love that workout!

Last night was pilates and I was super stressed and thought a nice long run would be great followed by more cardio, but my emotions were not into it and after teaching my pilates I felt completely drained.........so I went home and cooked :9 Have not actually made anything for a while and the husband was pleased with the Mexican feast I prepared! Definately doing penance today, but it turned into a relaxing night and I was in bed by 9PM!!! Sometimes extra sleep is a great mood elevator!

Looks like we have some fantastic workouts posted today! Hats off to whoever was doing Viper and Legs and Glutes and Core Max segment!!! WOW! Great work!

Thanks. Was still bummed today about yesterday's events but just got back from getting a MUCH needed haircut and I feel like a new woman now! :7 Funny how your hair can make such a difference in your day...for the better AND for the worse! lol
