Hi good morning everyone, yesterday I did Tone it Up of the Slim Series, Turbo Kick round 11 and stationary bike. Today I will do TJ Cardio Party Remix, TJ booty sculpt & abs, TJ lower body jam and stationary bike. Have a great day everyone.

Morning ladies. Today I did C&W, but since I did the abs from that workout yesterday, I replaced the ab work with Leaner Legs abs.

Hello! Today was Leaner Legs again for me. I've been able to increase my weight on my squats this month so I guess I'm doing something right with this CTX rotation.

Only a few more days left with this rotation and I'm anxious to move on. Not sure if I want to join Wendy in doing the January 06 rotation or wait to see what Cathe posts. I was thinking of even going way back to the May 03 Varity training rotation...just too many choices!!!

Hi, everyone!
Yesterday didn't go as planned - got hung up in traffic due to a car fire (I hope no one was hurt - saw no sign of an ambulance)which set me way behind. I got in a good stretch and a few minutes of meditation.

So today is yesterday's plan - cardio and abs. Today I'm leaning toward Kickmax, but I never really know until I get home.

Hi girls!

Today is the last day of my rotation...cardio, lunges and abs. I start the jan 06 rotation on monday. :eek: In between that time I will take a couple of rest days, do lots of stretching and do light work outs only...

Robyn...The reason I hadn't even tried for High speed is because where I live most of the companies don't come out here...yep I am in the boonies. So Satellite has been the only choice so far and it is very expensive. I also wanted a new PC if we went High Speed. But I heard about this other broadband company and OMG the difference is unbelievable! Except for I have a few wires around my room. Hope to get to that today...:)

I am doing Core Synergistics today and a 5 or 6 mile run. I ended up doing a premix form SJP/SB yesterday, very fun!

Hi to everyone,

I did SB wu and combos 1 & 2, Gs Legs calf work and L&G floor work.
My lower back is a little stiff from shoveling yesterday. I hope to get a nice stretch and a soak later tonight.

That Jan. 06 rotation looks brutal. }( I'm not sure I would survive. I'm in awe of those of you who do it.:D

Yes it is!!! I was downloading some things yesterday that normally took forever and it was so quick. Now I won't have to keep deleting those big files some of my friends send...:+ :D ...Carole
 
Good morning, all!

Last night I did Legs & Glutes, followed by a 25 min run on the treadmill (alternating 5 mins run/ 1 min walk). I suspect I should be lifting heavier with LG because I find that workout too much fun.

Everyone's doing great workouts as usual. I always like reading about those of you who get on with your workouts, in some way, shape, or form, despite all of the things that life throws at us. You're a very dedicated bunch of people, and you keep me motivated.

Hi all,

I did CTX Kickbox cardio only, then did abs from Leaner Legs. Tension is still high here and the boys are snapping at each other and crying at a drop of a hat but I am figuring that it is all related to the death of their grandmother.

Pray that we all make it through and can resume some type of normalcy soon. Thanks

I am feeling a lot better today, yesterday I was out sick with some food virus or something}( I took my Grandson to Burger Kings we got a couple cheese burgers & fries and few hours later I was sick as a dog, woke up Monday with that same feeling x( x(

Well, I just wasn't into working out today and almost took a rest day but I decided to do something light for fun instead. I had an ALL STAR WORKOUT tivo'd that is hip-hop dancing (something I am AWFUL at!) so for laughs I tried it out. I was just as awful as I had suspected I would be but it made me sweat a bit...I turned it off about 10 mins short of finishing it though as I started to get frustrated because I wasn't really getting it. LOL
Then I had a Carribean Work Out (step aerobics) tivo'd as well so I did that one next.
I guess all in all it was about 45 mins of light aerobics.
I also banged out 50 walking lunges before the cool down for Carribean work out just to get the legs a bit warmer and then did 150 crunches at the very end.

Now it's off to the showers!

Mariangeles, if I could do half the cardio you do, I think I'd finally break through this plateau I've been on for the past two months.

Carole, It took my neighborhood awhile to get high speed internet. Cable just became available about a year ago, and dsl has been available less than a year, but oh what a difference it makes! I bet you're loving your new connection now.

Yesterday was very difficult, and I really have to thank you ladies for keeping me on track. Knowing I would be posting here helped me do yesterday's workout when I really didn't want to do it. Yesterday I did P90X core synergistics and the chest portion of GS Chest and Triceps. Today will be P90X Plyometrics. (Although I'm doing the Lean Rotatiion, plyo looks like it will be more fun and more challenging than cardio x).

A question for all you fit ladies, how long before everything stops hurting? I'm not talking about the good hurt like DOMS, but rather the annoying hurt like my sore elbows and achy knees? I've been working out consistently now for about 8 months -- please tell me eventually I won't ache so much.

Wendy - I did that Hip Hop workout on Sunday! I wasn't even planning to work out, but it came on and I thought it looked like fun. I got a little bit of a sweat out of it and thought it was kind of fun. Too many commercials though!

Just finished plyo X. Woo-hoo!! According to my HRM, I burned 806 calories (not including warm up and cool down)

I'm feelin' good!!
 
Hey everybody, I took two rest days, Sun and Mon, because of just not feeling like working out but I'm back in the saddle today.

Back on the January rotation, just two days behind.

Today I did Step Works and SB combos 1,2,3 add-on and CoreMax #3. A nice two hour work out to kick start my hindend into high gear again.
